There is no pain in yoga:

The goal of yoga classes by Sacred Connections Wellness is to feel better in ones body. It is common to feel some muscle soreness a day or two after yoga classes, however there should not be any pain during the yoga classes. If you feel pain at any time during class, come out of the yoga position and signal the instructor to come help. There are many props and modifications that can help you be safe and injury free. I highly recommend taking the Yoga 101 class prior to any other classes to help with injury prevention.

Health and safety:

It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of your limitations before class begins. It is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding your participation in any of the yoga classes, programs, or workshops. You must agree to follow all instructions so that you may safely participate in classes, workshops, or other activities.

You are fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation in the classes, workshops, or other activities.

Perfumes and smoke:

Due to chemical sensitivities, please do not wear strong perfumes, colognes, and do not smoke for at least 1 hour prior to your appointment or class. If you smell of smoke or the scent you are wearing is too much for the therapist or teacher you will be asked to reschedule.
